Just like the summer get together, except colder, and (if the weather keeps up) a lot harder to drive to. But as they say, "Neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep the postmen Designers/Illustrators/Photographers from their appointed rounds socialization, relaxation, and/or a good time." OK, so it's actually a paraphrasing of the Postman's oath, but it works just the same.
