RGD Ontario, in collaboration with the Design Exchange, presents Design for Social Change a panel discussion on the process, potential and power of designing for social change.
With
a world in dire need of new ideas and innovative ways of thinking and
doing, designers have become more relevant than ever. Design has the
ability to connect both economic and social value, resulting in
solutions that are not only sustainable, but also culturally relevant as
well. Increasingly, designers will be called upon to utilize their
broad skill set and deep understanding of communication to redesign the
future and a better world.
Join us for a special screening of this discussion as it is broadcast LIVE.Our panel discussion will be preceded by brief presentations of case studies from each of our panelists.
Design for Social Change is the third in RGD’s new ongoing Future by Design series of panel discussions. These panels are broadcast live via webcast to reach across all parts of the province. Contact programs@rgdontario.com to find out how to participate.
